Equipment Use Guidelines as set forth in Independent Contractor Agreement:
Equipment- The Contractor is responsible for reasonably maintaining any company provided equipment, such as but not limited to, tablets, computers, laptops, cellular phones. Contractor shall, at the time of termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, deliver to the Company any equipment within 2 business days. For any Verizon tablets lost or not returned, Contractor acknowledges Company will pass on any costs billed to Company by Client. Client reserves the right to recover actual cost of equipment up to $1000.
Returning Company Property. Contractor shall, at the time of termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, deliver to the Company any and all Company Records and Confidential Information and any reproductions of the same, in Contractor’s possession. Contractor shall not keep in his/her possession or recreate or deliver to anyone else copies of these items. At the request of the Company, Contractor shall certify in a signed affidavit that all such items have been returned to the Company.
By signing below I understand the guidelines and policies for Preferred Partners Group (PPG) equipment use. I will only be using PPG assets for business purposes only. Upon my termination with PPG (whether voluntary or involuntary), I will return all above mentioned assets within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of $1,000. In addition, I acknowledge that I will not receive my last paycheck, unless I return the above mentioned assets. Should final paycheck not cover expenses, PPG retains the right to file for reimbursement through court proceedings.
