NY State Solar Audit (“NYSA”, “we” or “us”) identifies and determines the eligibility of residential roof top solar systems.
This Letter of Authorization and Consent (“LOA”) is executed by the undersigned ( “you” or “your”) as of the date and for the primary residential location listed above.

By signing below, you represent that you authorize NYSA and/or it's affiliates to analyze your home electric usage for the purpose of determining the size and savings of a solar electric system designed for your home. If no bill or usage is provided we will contact the utility on your behalf for the sole purpose of determining usage. You further acknowledge that NYSA will conduct a detailed site assessment of your property to finalize the design, equipment specifications, energy production estimates and other Project Details. After we finalize our site assessment, we will present a final design and a No Money Down Solar Finance Plan if you qualify.
